Properties

Members of our properties team keep our church safe, secure, and clean. All of the work done by our properties team is hands-on and behind the scenes.

Cleaning Crews - Members who volunteer to clean the church commit to cleaning the church facilities about one month out of the year. Cleaning crews usually meet Saturday mornings to vacuume, sweep, mop, ctake out trash, dust, clean windows, and clean the rest rooms. They ensure that the worship center and Sunday school classrooms are ready for Sunday morning. People who can not meet Saturday morning are encouraged and welcomed to visit the church any time that is convienent during the week to help clean. Each crew has a team leader who is responsible for organizing and contacting crew members.

Work Days - At least twice a year, the properties team organizes work days. On a work day, a group of volunteers meet to clean, landscape, paint, or address other maintenance needs. Lunch is usually provided by the fellowship committee on work days.
